Memberships (with hardware)
Returns are available only during the 30-day evaluation period for initial Membership purchases that include hardware.
To request a return, contact Drill Dragon Support within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Upon approval, a prepaid return label will be issued. All required components must be returned within the stated window.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and inspection-based deductions may apply.
Accessories and Merchandise
Return eligibility for accessories and merchandise may vary. Items must be unused and returned in original condition.
