Initial Membership purchases that include hardware are eligible for a 30-day evaluation period beginning on confirmed delivery of the hardware.
If the system is not the right fit, a refund may be requested within 30 days. All required hardware must be returned, and inspection-based deductions may apply.
This evaluation period applies only to the first Membership purchase by an Account Owner. Renewals, upgrades, and additional hardware purchases are not eligible for a new evaluation period.
