Are Membership Renewals Refundable?

Membership renewals and subscription charges are non-refundable once processed.

Memberships may be canceled at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and the Membership remains active through the end of the current paid billing period.

The 30-day evaluation period applies only to the initial Membership purchase that includes hardware. Renewals and subsequent subscription periods do not include an additional evaluation window.
