If a Membership becomes inactive (due to cancellation or non-payment), access to the Drill Dragon Training Platform is fully suspended.
This includes:
• Inability to record new training sessions
• Loss of access to past training and performance history
• Sensors no longer functioning
Training history and performance data are tied to the athlete’s Membership status.
Drill Dragon does not guarantee the preservation of data for inactive accounts. Data associated with an athlete may be permanently deleted after a period of inactivity of not less than 45 days. Advance notice will be provided prior to deletion.
Maintaining at least one active Membership for an athlete is the only way to ensure continued access to the platform and permanent preservation of their training and performance history.
