DMYL stands for Day, Month, Year, and Lifetime.
It is the framework Drill Dragon uses to organize and display training and performance data over time.
In addition to these timeframes, you may also see C (Current) and P (Prior), which allow you to compare your current performance or activity to previous periods.
This allows athletes to view their results across short-term sessions, longer training periods, and their complete development history.
DMYL provides a consistent way to understand progress—from what was done today to how performance evolves over months, seasons, and over the course of an athlete’s training journey.
